I did not arrive at foresight through a boardroom. I came through design, through the habit of asking what people will need next and building something they can hold. I now work with leadership teams around the world, helping them treat the future not as a forecast to be feared, but as a set of possibilities to be read, tested, and prepared for.

See what is changing, and decide what to do next.

Where I create value

I partner with organizations to anticipate emerging change, explore future possibilities, and shape resilient strategies.
Below are some of the ways I help leadership teams turn foresight into better decisions, stronger capabilities, and long-term value.

Entering and scaling in India

Grounded in deep immersion in India's ecosystem and its numbers, a realistic path to land, localise, and scale.

Opportunity and disruption mapping

See where new demand is forming, and where your current position is most exposed.

Scenario planning

Test your strategy against several plausible futures, not a single forecast.

Sector foresight

A clear point of view on where India fits in your strategy, and how to enter, expand, or reposition.

Business model and future value

Pressure-test where your value will come from as the market shifts.

Go-to-market strategy

Turn a market read into a concrete plan to launch, position, and grow.

Foresight training

Equip your team to read change and think long-term on their own.

Strategic research

Deep, decision-focused research that answers the question behind the question.

Design thinking

A clear point of view on where India fits in your strategy, and how to enter, expand, or reposition.

Implementation assessment

See where new demand is forming, and where your current position is most exposed.

Executive workshops and decision sprints

Test your strategy against several plausible futures, not a single forecast.

Signal repository

A clear point of view on where India fits in your strategy, and how to enter, expand, or reposition.

Foresight you can use

The Approach

Most foresight ends its life as a report that is admired once and then shelved. Mine is built to be used. I was trained as a designer, so the futures I create are things you can see and argue with. Cards, artefacts, short films, and opportunity maps, not only slides.

The work travels. A think tank in Dubai, a global hardware leader planning its next decade, a media company in the Gulf, public institutions in Canada. The sector and the geography change. The discipline stays the same.

Trend cards and stimuli, foresight workshop

The future is not a report I hand over. It is a conversation I help a room have.

02

The belief

The future is not a forecast

I do not sell predictions. Anyone who claims to know exactly what comes next is selling certainty, and certainty is the one thing the future never offers. What foresight offers instead is range. A way to hold several plausible futures in view at once, and to choose the moves that hold up across all of them.

Most organisations plan for the year ahead. Very few are built for the decade. That gap is where I work.

03

The practice

In the room

Most of the real work happens with people in a room. I facilitate. I put trend cards on a table, ask sharper questions, and help a group see what it already half knows. I have run these sessions for senior leaders at the Dubai Future Foundation and for students at leading design schools. The room and the language change. The moment does not. When a group stops defending the present and starts imagining, the work begins.
